This demolition marked the beginning of a new chapter, as Mindspace Business Parks REIT strategically employed implosion technology to remove two aging structures situated within Mindspace Madhapur. Remarkably, these nearly two-decade-old buildings were safely and efficiently dismantled in a mere 6-8 seconds.
The purpose behind this demolition was to clear the path for a visionary and sustainable development encompassing an impressive 1.6 million square feet, as conveyed by the company in an official statement. Anticipated for completion by the third quarter of the fiscal year 2027, this project represents a significant step forward.
