Revanth Reddy, the Chief Minister, designated ministers to oversee the administration of 10 former districts in order to assess the progress of Praja Palana Gram Sabhas and the implementation of six guarantees. The appointed ministers for each district are as follows: Uttam Reddy for Karimnagar (Irrigation), Rajanarasimha for Mahbubnagar (Health), Komatireddy Venkat Reddy for Khammam (Roads and Buildings), D Sridhar Babu for Ranga Reddy (IT), Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy for Warangal (Revenue), Ponnam Prabhakar for Hyderabad (Transport), Konda Surekha for Medak (Forest), D Anasuya for Adilabad (Panchayat Raj), T Nageswara Rao for Nalgonda (Agriculture), and Jupally Krishna Rao for Nizamabad (Excise).
