- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green beans
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Rice
Begin by boiling the rice and setting it aside. Leftover rice works perfectly for this recipe!
Step 2: Chop the Veggies
